Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority

H. T. Harvey & Associates has offered on-call services to the Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority (SCVTA) since 2005. We have assisted SCVTA with 16 projects to date—our tasks have involved performing field assessments and preparing a Resource Management Plan for the Coyote Ridge Preserve; conducting special-status wildlife surveys and construction monitoring for State Route (SR) 152 improvements; completing a California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) assessment for SR 87 high-occupancy vehicle (HOV) landscaping and subsequently implementing mitigation and monitoring the project; monitoring the Measure A consolidated mitigation site and the Tasman wetland mitigation site over multiple years; performing steelhead and California red-legged frog relocation and construction monitoring for the Upper Penitencia Creek fish passage improvements project; and providing a number of other biological services.
