Accounting Clerk (Full-time, non-exempt, hybrid-remote)

We’re looking for a self-motivated accounting clerk to join and support our small but mighty accounting team. This position is based out of our San Francisco Bay Area headquarters office (Los Gatos, Santa Clara County). While some work can be performed remotely, the position will require time in the office every week.

The anticipated pay range for this non-exempt full-time position is $25–$30/hour, 100% of premium coverage for comprehensive health and dental insurance; an option for partner and dependent care coverage; paid sick, vacation, and holiday days, a 401(K)-matching program, and other benefits. Actual compensation within the range will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.

About the position and what you’ll do

This role provides critical bookkeeping and administrative assistance to the accounting team. The position has three key aspects: handling vendor accounts and A/P for these accounts; helping with banking and other support tasks for the accounting team; and assisting with other accounting-team related duties and projects such as, but not limited to, payroll and client billing. This is a non-exempt position that will be conducted during standard business hours Monday through Friday. Many of the duties can be performed remotely, but this position does require regular weekly visits to the office to assist with in-person tasks critical to company operations.
