Terrell Erickson is a senior associate ecologist in the Hawaii office of H. T. Harvey & Associates, with more than 30 years of experience. Her career has included more than 15 years of work in Hawaii and Guam. She combines expertise in wetland ecology with exceptional communication, team, and program management skills and a deep understanding of federal and state policy and regulations. Her ecological background includes work with invasive species in Hawaii to protect critical habitats, conservation planning on private lands, wetland and aquatic habitats, ichthyology, limnology, and restoration ecology. Terrell leads project teams and provides senior QA/QC and strategic guidance to the H. T. Harvey & Associates Hawaii team. She prepares and reviews EAs and prepares and assists with project permits, delineations of wetlands and ordinary high water marks, and botanical and bird surveys. Terrell builds strong partnerships and collaborative relationships with clients, stakeholders, agencies, and academic institutions.
Terrell has an M.S. in Environmental Studies from Evergreen State College and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Washington.
