Karin Hunsicker joined the firm as COO in 2004 and has been the chief executive officer since 2013. She oversees all operations, including finance, legal, human resources, marketing, and administrative activities. Karin maintains a strong operational foundation that enables our scientists and professionals to fulfill our mission to create ecologically sound solutions to clients’ complex natural resource challenges. She continually evaluates opportunities to be more efficient and effective, and designs and implements best-practice processes to support excellence in company operations, services, and staff.
Karin has an M.B.A. from the Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley; an M.S. in environmental engineering from the University of Southern California; and a B.A. in biopsychology from Wesleyan University.
