Michael Wong has more than 10 years of experience in desktop support, server management, and computer networking. He’s well known for his “IT Force”—he can sometimes resolve computer issues by simply just standing in front of or talking to an employee. Whether setting up a new team member on a laptop, troubleshooting a server problem, or coaching on how to use a new software application, he helps every one of us (in 5 offices plus remote work locations) with friendly and responsive assistance. He, quite literally, keeps us all working!
Michael has a BS in Computer Engineering from San Jose State University.
